This body shaper is very well made. For me,it was too difficult to pull on. I tried several others and even in a medium it was too difficult to pull on. With the zipper style, I could not pull up the zipper in a medium. I purchased this from Amazon. The exchanges were done by the store. The customer service people at the store are very helpful and sympathetic. However, Larger sizes are too big in various places. I had to go to a store in Miami to find a shaper that fit.
